2. Introduction
2.1. These terms of use (Terms) constitute an agreement between you and me regarding your use of my Apps (App Content).
2.2. Please read these Terms and my privacy policy. You acknowledge and agree that by ticking the “I Accept” box at the bottom of this screen, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and my Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these Terms or my Privacy Policy, you are not permitted to install or use any of my Apps.

2.4. Any terms that you have with your mobile network provider (Mobile Provider) continue to apply, and you can receive payments from your mobile service provider for accessing network connection services during the entire connection time when you access my applications and Charging any third parties in quality may occur from time to time. 3.4. You must notify me immediately if you suspect or find out about any unauthorized use of your login or security information by sending an e-mail to support@axora.io and indicating the details of unauthorized use or violation.
3.5. Without prejudice to our rights and protections, we reserve the right to immediately disable your login information and suspend access to any of our applications if, in our reasonable opinion, we believe that you have violated any of the provisions of these Terms.

4. My apps
4.1. My Apps inlcude “Vocal Tune”, “Nest AI” and “Perfect Pitch”

5. User Content
5.1. Any content you upload or create in my Applications will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.
5.2. You warrant that your content is not defamatory or offensive and will not result in any civil or criminal lawsuits brought against me by a third party in any jurisdiction.
5.3. I can delete any content that you download or create in my application.

6. Availability
6.1. I do not guarantee that the use or access to our applications or the contents of the application will always be available and / or smoothly.

7. Conditions of use
7.1 Receive updates to the software code of our applications through our application store where you downloaded our applications — they may include corrections and bug fixes that we can provide to you.
7.2. Upload my Applications to the device and view, use and display our Applications on the device for personal use only.

8. Restrictions
8.1. You must not:
- Copy my Apps
- Modify my apps
- Do anything that may cause damage to our Apps

9. Fees
9.1. After you have installed my applications, you can choose the subscription you want to use each application. The subscription is available on a monthly basis, and the details of each type of subscription and its cost are described in detail in the app.

10. Intellectual property rights
10.1. All intellectual property rights in my Applications, Applications and relevant documentation worldwide, me and my licenses and rights in my Applications are licensed (not sold) to you. You do not have intellectual property rights in my Applications or related documents, other than the right to use them in accordance with these conveniences.

My applications are for internal and private use only. If you use our Applications for any commercial, commercial or resale purposes, we will not be liable for you for any loss of profits, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunities.
